Rise Up Kids Summer Program -Registration & Payment Policy

By registering for a Rise Up Kids summer program, parents/guardians agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration.

  • Registration is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.

  • Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Each group is limited to 20 participants to ensure quality supervision, learning, and engagement.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All registrations and payments are final.

  • No cancellations, refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued after payment is submitted.

  • Please confirm your availability before registering.

Program Changes or Cancellation

  • Rise Up Kids reserves the right to modify schedules, activities, or program arrangements when necessary.

  • If a program is cancelled by Rise Up Kids due to unforeseen circumstances, families will be contacted regarding available options.

Participant Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, volunteers, and fellow participants.

  • Rise Up Kids reserves the right to dismiss any participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior. No refund will be provided in such cases.

Medical & Emergency Information

  • Parents/guardians must provide accurate emergency contact and medical information during registration.

  • Any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs must be disclosed in advance.

Photo & Media Consent

  • Photos and videos may be taken during activities for promotional and organizational purposes.

  • Parents/guardians who do not wish their child to appear in photos or videos must notify Rise Up Kids in writing before the program begins.

Liability

  • While appropriate supervision and care will be provided, Rise Up Kids and its organizers are not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during activities.

Agreement

By completing the registration and payment process, the parent/guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy on behalf of the participant.
